"Hello, Of course, I will be happy to take pictures of the Saturn for you when I get her! I was able to successfully fix the eyes on the other [Gretel 60cm Obitsu] doll. She is perfect! Absolutely beautiful, thank you! It was really funny actually when we got her out and saw that the eyes had been knocked back because my mom started to panic slightly, but I told her that I knew they were supposed to be removeable so you could change them, I just had never done it before and was leary about doing anything before checking with you to make sure I knew what to do. Then after I had her fixed I went to stand her up, which confused my mom because she said that there was no stand, when I showed her the metal base she looked at me like I was crazy. I had to explain how it worked but she still didn't believe that it would stand up because she said that her feet were angeled down instead of flat. I told her that they weren't anymore and showed her that I had repositioned them to be flat and she was amazed that there were joints to move the feet too. I laughed and told her that there was a reaso! n that they were called Ball-Joint Dolls. ^_^ You see, my mom collects dolls too, but she collects porcelain dolls where nothing is supposed to move on the doll. ^_^ We had a lot of fun getting her set up. My mom was amazed by all the details. She would see something on the doll and say that she didn't remember that from my pcture and then looke back to the picture and see it there. Every little detail is perfect! Anyway, she is standing up, her eyes are fixed and she is completely amazing! I love her! Already she has brought me much enjoyment and has been a learning experience for my mom! ^_^ I look forward to getting the Saturn when she is ready, and thank you so much once again!"

"Hello again Setsuna!   I got the package you sent me this morning and I was shocked when I saw my Yuko [7"] plushie and Shuichi [Cosplay] shirt bundled togerther!   I nearly fainted when I saw Yuko! Shes so perfect in every way! And you said that a smaller plushie would have less detail. ;) You put alot of love into your work! ^o^   As for the Shuichi shirt its perfect!. It fits very nicely and goes well with the other parts of the costume! I'll sent you pics from the upcoming con later if you like.   I will defenately visit you again for moar plushies and cosplay clothing in the future! Though I will probably lay off the whole 6" thing. But she turned out beautifully, almost precisely as I'd imagined. You definitely do good work. Lastly, I must ask, do you know the character Aerith Gainsborough from Final Fantasy VII? Is there any way that you could make a plush doll of her that I specify? For example, if I were to send a link to a picture of her (Aerith) that I particularly like, you could work out an estimate of how much you would charge for her as a 23 cm (9 inch) doll. The estimate could be in US dollars. Is that a possibility? Thanks in advance!"

"Hi dear Setsuna, Yes! I've received my 2 wonderful, beautiful dolls [Sailor Galaxia 11" Volks and Tellulu 11" Volks Dolls]. I love them very much and I'm so happy! I was supposed to received them last Friday but it has been today because of the Canadian custom! If Tellulu and Galaxia were real they would probably punish them! Hihi! Last October they did the same thing 2 times and I've to pay them for have my packages with (Douglas cuddle stuffed dogs). Nobody knows when they decide to check the packages. So I forget about them... and the best is have my 2 gorgeous dolls. I've a nice 22' Douglas Appaloosa horse who is now the golden queen s'horse. A lot of vegetal pokemon will be to Tellulu, well . So these 2 will be my most precious Sailor moon items of my collection. On the French Sailor Moon forum some collectors have incredible collections. All are between 19 to 25 years old and more older like me but nobody has so beautiful dolls ( realy more beautiful than the dolls made by companies who don't like so much the real characters). Many thanks to you also for the DVD Now I'm thinking about the other Witches and anima-mates If I post the money for the resin, it will be possible for me to order 2 or 3 dolls on March it will depends of the value of the Canadian dollars . scalloped sleeves are perfect! I cant believe how great these looked when I first

"I got the [Super Sailor Mercury] costume [ensemble] last Thursday the 19th. Everything fits fine except the upper part of the boot above the shoe is a little loose but not loose enough to fall down. Do you have any suggestions to make it tighter? The computer also seems to have a very strong clayish smell to it. Do I need to just air it out or what can I use to reduce the smell? Other this the costume is fantastic and I will definitely send you pictures after the convention and I would really like you to put them up on your web-site. "Setsuna-sama!!!!! The Sakura [Time Jump] Wig has arrived!! Thank you guys so much for your BEYOND excellent service!!!!! I had no clue my Sakura wig would come today! It looks great and fits perfectly! Thank you!!!!!! I
will now tell you the whole story of my happiness, because if I left any details
out, it might not live up to how ECSTATIC I am with the wig!!!!! So... I'd come up
from our basement to get something, when I heard a truck pull into the neighborhood.
Mom only had to say the word "mail" and I was right at the door, watching; the
INSTANT the truck got done delivering our mail and moved on, I actually RAN to the
mailbox, BAREFOOT, in the RAIN, because I just had this feeling. I opened the
mailbox and found this envelope addressed to ME! My jaw dropped and stayed that way
as I ran back into the house... and then I opened your envelope like it was made of
gold and took a minute to *squeal* at the treasure inside. ^_^ That was about two
o'clock this afternoon... I would have emailed you earlier, and actually tried three
times to, but my computer was being a pain. ^_^;; I actually had the wig on my head
one of those times-- it fits perfectly, thank you so much! I'll have to cut my
natural hair in the back to achieve the best look, but that's a small price to pay
for looking great and having fun! I'll see if I can get some pictures of myself and
send them to you!

a belt with 2 fans mounted on it just keep air flow going . i also gota alter head
alitte eyes are to high and left is bit off set so i can see out of it and there no

"Sorry it has taken me so long to send you the pictures [of the Super Sailor Mercury Costume ensemble] but here they are. Thanks for a wonderful costume and just to let you know I got a lot of
compliments on it. The only problem was that snap on the bow fell off but I
managed to get a safety pin to hold the bow up. It probably feel off from
over use. Everything else fit perfectly after having the boots adjusted. I

"Hello :) We just picked up the costume box yesterday and tried everything on. You guys did a great job with all the detailing on the Vampire Knight costumes. They both are super comfy and fit us great! Now all we have to do is figure out how to tie a tye XD *goes to internet to do some research. And the color of the tie is perfect, thank you for choosing a maroon color.
Jill loves her Sasuke shoes (she didn't want to take them off) and I love my sage coat, it fits great over the Naruto cosplay and the color is right on :)
 The detailing on Miku and Rin are amazing as well. They are both so cute and lovely. I love her hair bow, the golden color you picked is right on, and the fact you put the little paw prints on the leg bands is just too cute! XD  Jill loves her skirt, arm bands, the wig is a great color (She hasn't tried it on yet, but it looks really cool -- the attachment of the ponytails is a neat idea), and the shoes are totally cool too!
The Twin kitties have great colors, cute paws, and the ears are adorable XD
You guys did an amazing job and we are very happy and excited to wear them. We'll definelty send you guys pictures. :D
However....we have three small alterations for you....Other than these three things, you guys rocked!  We couldn't be more happier with the lovely job you both did for us.

I was wondering if it would be at all possible to make a Nakago [11" Volks] doll from Fushigi Yuugi ,  I saw the child version and wondered if you could make his adult form.
